For the past decade Matthew (“Matt”) Muggeridge has represented clients in Virginia and across the country, from the traffic offenses to civil rights violations, from general district court all the way to the United States Supreme Court. Matt brings passion and enthusiasm to every case.
Matt started out in a labor and employment practice. He has greatly expanded his expertise to include: Family, Immigration, criminal, Debt-Bankruptcy, and Employment law. Matt is fluent in Spanish.

Matt lives in Fredericksburg with his musician wife and children. He is active in his community and church. He is an avid Washington Nationals fan.

Tiffany Pommier, Paralegal and Office Manager
A native Virginian of Bolivian heritage, Tiffany has extensive professional experience in criminal, family, and immigration law. She is fluent in Spanish. Her family has a rich tradition of legal professionals, including police officers, detectives, and paralegals, all of whom inspired her to pursue a career in the legal field. Tiffany has superb client relation skills and finds a way to connect with any client even in the most difficult circumstances.
When she’s not working she’s spending time with her family and her dogs — a dalmatian and dachshund — and listening to music.
Lily Pons, Senior Paralegal and Practice Manager
Lily has held senior paralegal positions in law firms throughout Virginia for five years, with a specialty in immigration practice. She graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University in Criminology, with a minor in Psychology. She is fluent in Spanish.
Lily is expert in all facets of immigration practice, including family petitions and removal defense. She has managed high-volume multi-faceted legal practices, handling family, criminal, and immigration cases.
At FIDE Law, Lily’s amazing skill-set, creativity, initiative, and hard work keeps the practice running smoothly and helps it to grow.
Lily lives with her family in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and enjoys concerts, sports, and salsa dancing.
